McLeod Paramedical Solutions, based on the Sunshine Coast, has extensive experience in Emergency Medical and Rescue Response with all our team having experience working in State based Emergency Services, Military Medical and Rescue and recent employment in Oil & Gas exploration and production, Open Cut and Underground Coal mining and Open Cut Mineral (Copper/Gold) mining. I personally have also managed operations with contracts across the Asia Pacific.
One thing McLeod Paramedical Solutions are passionate about is providing medical help for locals in the communities they work in, so at their client’s request, when working in the Asia Pacific region they provide health check clinics for all locals.

Our teams are passionate about their profession and they constantly undertake regular training and professional development programs to ensure they stay at the top of those fields. McLeod Paramedical Solutions can provide:

  • SARS Covid19 screening and logistics management.

  • Qualified PESO’s (Paramedic Emergency Response Officer) for Medical/Mines Rescue support at a daily per person rate.

  • Clinical Governance and drug access. This includes 24hr Medical Advice/consult Tele-health, bi-monthly site audits of medications and procedures/records maintenance.

  • All PESO’s are competent with Return to work and Rehabilitation in accordance with WorkCover provisions and site policies.

  • We also have a number of PESO staff who also have experience in Health Advisor/Specialist roles and Safety qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma)

  • Hydration, hearing and mask fit testing.

  • Drug and alcohol testing.

  • Training and Induction - First Aid, CPR, Basic Life Support
